How to reset your Password

If you have forgotten the password, you are able to reset it at any time via the Forgot Password’ link found at the bottom of the ‘Login Screen’.

  1. Once on the Login Screen, click ‘Forgot Password’
  2. Enter the email address that is associated with your Pooled Energy account and click ‘Confirm Email’.
    1. If the email exists in the system and matches with an account, you will receive an email within 10-15 minutes containing the verification code.
  3. Enter the verification code and then click ‘Confirm Code’

  4. Enter your new password and then click ‘Confirm Password’

  5. If successful, you will be prompted with a success message and will now be able to login with your new login credentials

Why didn’t I receive an email with a verification code?

We only send verification codes to emails that we have in our database. If you haven’t received a code after 10-15 minutes, check the email address you entered in and try again.

What are the password requirements?

We require the length of your password to be at least 8 characters long, contain a number, contain an uppercase character and contain a lowercase character.
